We are a multinational confectionery group with a remarkable track record of success and growth in the markets in which we operate. Over the years, we have built a great reputation for conducting business responsibly and to high ethical standards. Our priority is to continue building on this responsibility and these ethics, as this is how our people, our communities, the environment and our business will succeed long-term.

Our consumers

We are committed to ensuring the highest possible product safety and evolving our portfolio to best meet consumers’ lifestyle and dietary needs. Consumers’ needs and expectations are ever-changing and continue to guide our progress in product development and innovation. I am proud of the transparency we provide our consumers on the ingredients and calorie content of our products and the removal of artificial colorings from all our products, both new and existing.

The environment & our production facilities

We committed to the ISO 14001 certification of all our production facilities, showing our determination to adapt our organization and our manufacturing processes in a way that minimizes our impact on the environment. We continue to develop ways to reduce our footprint. Energy from renewable sources, in particular, self-produced biogas from effluent treatment plants, is already in use at a number of our manufacturing sites. We have in place a robust Reduce, Recycle, Recover approach to reducing plastics in our packaging.

Our communities

Our operations play a role in the local communities in which they are located. Most communities provide our employees, skills and competencies. We want to make a difference in those communities, in terms of supporting local social, cultural and medical needs. We have programs and initiatives in place to help and support local communities.
